Home made flan




– 1- 12oz can evaporated milk

– 1 cup regular milk

– 1-14onz can condensed milk

– 6 whole eggs

– 1 cup sugar

– 1 tsp ground Cinnamon

– a dash of lime zest


in a pot, take 1/2 cup of the sugar and melted at medium heat until turns into a dark brown  caramel.when is done,shut off the heat and move around the caramel to cover the inside of the pot.

on the other hand, in a blender, add in the rest of the ingredients and mixed  in well until a uniform mixture.set up a double boiler(ban Mari) and cooked for about 45 mins. covered. to check for the right texture introduce a wooden squire in the center,if comes out clean means the flan is done.when is done refrigerate to let it cool, and  before service turned upside down showing the caramel on top..enjoy.
