Ingredients:

– 1 cup white sugar

– 1/2 cup clarified butter

– 2 eggs

– 2 Tsp vanilla extra

– 1 1/2 all-purpose flour

–  1 3/4 Tsp baking powder

– 1/2 cup milk

Method:

Pres-set the oven at  350 f.Sift flour, salt and baking powder, keep on the side.In a mixing bowl poor in sugar and butter and start creaming, stirring constantly until get a nice and smooth mixture, add in eggs one at the time, when done poor in vanilla..take the sifted flour and add into the creamy mixture, continue stirring well without loosing air and by the end mix in the milk..place the batter in cup cakes molds and bake for about  20-25 mins.
